Polygon Bridged wstETH (Polygon) is a DeFi tool for people who want staked-Ether exposure in a Polygon setting without dealing with the raw form of stETH. By our assessment, its main virtue is composability: a wrapped staking token can fit into lending, swapping, and other on-chain uses more neatly than a less adapted asset. The trade-off is that you are stacking wrappers and bridge assumptions on top of one another, which makes the setup less direct. In daily use, that usually means more attention to what exactly is held and where it is bridged. Against native ETH, it is already one step away; against a plain savings idea, it is much more technical. It belongs to users who already understand liquid staking and cross-chain assets, and it stays awkward if you just want something simple.
