Plutonian DAO

Plutonian DAO sounds like a governance project, and that is the lane it points to: a decentralized autonomous organization wrapped around a token. By our assessment, the appeal is the usual DAO one, with community control, on-chain coordination, and a token that gives people a stake in the system. The hard part is also the usual one, because DAO governance tends to be slow, voter participation can be thin, and the token often matters more as a vote chip than as a clean utility asset. In practice these projects feel part forum, part treasury, part market instrument, which is a messy combination even when it works. Plutonian DAO sits closer to crypto governance experiments than to plain payment coins, and that makes it more dependent on active members than on a simple product loop.
