Libra Protocol sounds like infrastructure, and that is exactly what many protocol-branded crypto projects want to project: a base layer, rules, and some claim to utility beyond a simple coin. By our assessment, the only checked fact here is the category, so there is no honest way to say whether this is a chain, a set of contracts, or just a name built to suggest one. The strength of a protocol-style token, when it is real, is usually that it can anchor an ecosystem rather than just sit there as a speculative label. The weakness is that the word protocol can hide a lot of vagueness, and without more public substance the promise stays abstract. In practice, people have to look past the title and ask what on-chain work it actually does.
