JUSD

JUSD is a stablecoin-style cryptocurrency in the broad sense implied by the name, and by our assessment, that kind of asset is for moving value in a form that tries to stay close to a reference unit. Its strength is practical: people use tokens like this for transfers, trading pairs, and parking funds without the swinginess that defines most crypto. The trade-off is obvious too: a stablecoin depends on the mechanism behind it, so trust in reserves, structure, or issuer matters more than with a plain volatile coin. In everyday use, that usually makes it feel less dramatic and more like plumbing, which is exactly why some people want it. Compared with larger speculative tokens, JUSD sits on the utility side of crypto. It only stops being convincing when the backing or design is unclear.
