Instabridge Wrapped ETH (Radix) is a wrapped version of Ether on the Radix side, so it belongs to the class of tokens that exist to move value across systems rather than to invent a new currency from scratch. By our assessment, that makes it useful in a narrow, technical way: it gives users exposure to ETH inside a different network layout. The cost is the usual one for wrapped assets, since an extra layer sits between the holder and the original coin and adds dependence on the bridge or wrapper design. In practice, that means more moving parts and more things to understand than with plain ETH. Compared with native Ether, this is infrastructure for a particular route, not a replacement for the original asset. It makes sense for people already working inside that network setup, and much less sense for anyone who just wants the simplest form of ETH.
