Haedal Staked WAL

Haedal Staked WAL is another liquid-staking style token, this time tied to WAL, and it exists for users who want staked exposure without locking themselves out of use cases elsewhere. By our assessment, its main value is the same one liquid staking usually offers: you keep a token form that can move around while the underlying stake does its work. The trade-off is also the usual one, because this kind of asset depends on the protocol staying healthy and the peg behaving as expected. It is narrower than a general-purpose coin and more technical than a simple wallet balance. In practice, that means it lives well inside DeFi flows and less well in the hands of someone who wants a plain, quiet holding. Compared with ordinary WAL, it adds staking logic; compared with bigger networks, it remains a specialised wrapper. Haedal Staked WAL makes sense only if the user actually wants that extra layer, because the extra layer is the whole point.
