Ethena UStb is another token in the Ethena family, and that alone tells you the kind of user it is for: someone already following the project’s token stack, not someone looking for a plain wallet asset. By our assessment, the main appeal is that it belongs to a more specific part of the system, but the same specificity also narrows it sharply. In practice, that means extra attention to what the token represents and how it relates to the rest of the Ethena setup. Compared with USDe, it is even more clearly a piece of product structure than a general crypto holding. The honest downside is that this sort of token is easy to confuse with the others if you are not already inside the ecosystem, and the naming alone does not do the explanation for you.
