DSLA Protocol is for the DeFi corner of crypto where people want risk-sharing and service guarantees rather than a simple coin to hold. By our assessment, the interesting part is that it tries to turn service-level promises into a tokenized system, which is a real niche idea but also a narrow one. That narrowness is the downside: it is not instantly legible outside crypto-native circles, and the token only makes sense if the underlying protocol is understood. In practice it feels more like protocol plumbing than a stand-alone asset, so the user has to care about how the system works. Against larger crypto names it is specialist work, not a general-purpose currency. DSLA Protocol is for people who follow DeFi mechanics closely, and it stops making sense once the setup behind it is no longer interesting.
