CoreDAO Bridged WETH (Core) is a wrapped Ethereum asset moving through the Core network, and by our assessment it exists for one very specific job: letting ether value travel in a form the destination chain can use. That is genuinely useful when a chain needs a familiar asset inside its own ecosystem, but bridged tokens always carry the same awkwardness — they depend on the bridge, the wrapping logic, and the assumptions of more than one network. In practice it feels less like owning a fresh coin and more like holding a transport layer for ETH inside another system. CoreDAO Bridged WETH (Core) belongs to infrastructure plumbing, not to the glamorous end of crypto, and it only makes sense where Core-based activity is already there.
