Bridged Ether (StarkGate) is a plain bridge form of Ether for people using StarkGate’s route into the Starknet ecosystem. By our assessment, it is strongest as a utility layer: it gets ETH-like value into a place where that value can be used with the rest of the stack. The honest limitation is the same one that follows all bridged assets, namely reliance on the bridge design and on the chain that receives it. In use it is functional, a little procedural, and never quite as clean as holding Ether on its home network. Compared with direct ETH it is narrower; compared with other bridge tokens it is mostly about which ecosystem you need to reach. The rest is simple enough: it is another piece of infrastructure, and that is how it behaves.
