Binance-Peg SOL

Binance-Peg SOL is for moving Solana exposure into a Binance-connected setting without carrying the native asset’s full network baggage. By our assessment, that is the real advantage: it gives SOL a bridgeable, usable form where direct Solana access is not the point. The downside is just as clear, because a pegged token depends on the peg and on the issuer’s setup rather than standing on its own chain. In practice it behaves like a routed version of SOL, handy for transfers but always one step removed from the original token. It belongs with other wrapped assets more than with the native coin itself. Binance-Peg SOL makes sense where portability matters; it is a poor fit when the native Solana token and its own network are what matter most.
