By our assessment, its strength is clarity: the underlying company is public and the token format makes the instrument easy to place in the tokenized-stock category. The downside is the usual one for this type, namely that the user is dealing with a layer of structure rather than the share itself. In practice, that means more finance plumbing and less plain ownership than a direct brokerage purchase.
