Agribank is the Vietnamese bank people associate with rural reach, farm finance and plain old deposit-and-transfer banking. By our assessment, its strength is coverage: it feels built for customers outside the richest city circles, with a public-service tone that many big banks do not have. The downside is that this kind of scale usually brings a slower, more bureaucratic experience, and Agribank is not the place people usually go for a sleek app-first feel.
