viagogo Tickets

viagogo Tickets is a resale ticket app for concerts, sports, theatre, and other live events, aimed at people hunting for seats after the primary sale is gone. By our assessment, its biggest strength is simple reach: it opens up listings that may not be on the original box office any more. The downside is the one anyone meets in ticket resale — prices can be less predictable, and the buyer has to read each offer carefully because the marketplace is the point. In practice it feels less like a neat event app and more like a search-and-check marketplace, with all the comparing that comes with that. It sits alongside other secondary-ticket platforms rather than beside a venue’s own sales channel. The name viagogo Tickets already tells you the shape of it, and the Astrina catalogue still puts it in Entertainment. Best for people who are chasing availability, not for anyone who wants the calm of a direct ticket seller.
