iFiles

iFiles is a file manager for people who want more control over folders, document movement, and local storage than a basic home screen offers. By our assessment, its strength is in giving a direct view of files instead of hiding them behind simple shortcuts. The trade-off is that file managers ask for a little more care, because naming, sorting, and moving things only works well when the user stays organized. In practice it feels hands-on: browse, copy, rename, place, repeat. It sits in the same broad space as other file utilities and is more about control than about decoration. iFiles is useful where ordinary app-level access is not enough and the person wants to work with the files themselves.
