Workout Export

Workout Export is built around one plain job: getting workout data out in a form other services can use. By our assessment, that makes it a utility for people who already track training somewhere else and now need a cleaner handoff, whether to spreadsheets, files, or another app. Its best feature is the export itself, because moving data manually is tedious and error-prone. The trade-off is that this kind of tool usually has a narrow ceiling: it is only as good as the source data and the formats it supports. Workout Export is not a coaching app or a training diary, and it makes sense mainly when the person cares more about moving records than about looking at them inside the app.
