Vimcar

Keeping a clear record of business mileage is the main job Vimcar takes off a driver’s hands. Its digital logbook and fleet tools are aimed at companies that need to track trips and vehicles, not at people looking for a general personal-finance app. By our assessment, the strongest part is the practical focus: recording journeys and sorting business trips from private ones is more useful than a bare list of expenses. Automatic recording can reduce routine entry, while reviewing and correcting trip details still takes attention. The fleet view also gives businesses a place to oversee vehicles rather than manage every record separately. It sits in the specialist fleet-management space, so its value is much less obvious for an occasional driver than for a business with several vehicles. The records still depend on being checked and kept up to date.
