UnPlay

UnPlay belongs to the entertainment-app world where the real question is not content but format, and that already tells you a lot about its narrow appeal. By our assessment, the good part of this kind of app is usually the playful, lightweight way it packages whatever it does, whether that is a game, a joke, or some small interactive trick. The weakness is just as plain: if the gimmick is thin, there is not much else underneath. In use, apps like UnPlay tend to ask for quick taps, curiosity, and a little patience before the pattern shows itself. It sits closer to casual diversion than to anything people would keep open for long.
