TurboCollage - Collage Creator is for people who want to assemble photo collages without building them by hand in a general editor. By our assessment, its real strength is the collage-specific workflow: arranging images, frames, spacing, and layouts in one place instead of fighting with layers. The downside is obvious too, because a collage tool does one family of jobs well and not much else. In practice it is about moving pictures around, trying layouts, and settling on something that looks balanced enough. It sits between a simple template maker and a broader design app, and the name makes its promise very plainly. That same focus also means it is not the right answer for serious retouching or general photo management.
