True Weight is a weight-tracking app for people who want to log body weight and watch the line move over time. By our assessment, its value comes from the simple discipline of regular entries, not from any flashy coaching or deep fitness system. The limit is obvious: a scale log can be useful, but it is still just a scale log, and it says little about food, muscle, water swings or the reasons behind changes.
