Troublemaker

Music apps range from instruments to players and editing tools, and Troublemaker’s name does not make clear which job it handles. By our assessment, there is too little reliable detail here to credit it with a particular feature or compare it fairly with a synth, tracker, or recording app. The music category at least places it in a broad creative and listening field, but that covers very different ways of working with sound. Without knowing whether it makes, edits, or plays music, its practical strengths remain hard to pin down. The distinction matters: those tasks call for different controls and different kinds of time.
