Tilt Shift Focus leans on the miniature look that tilt-shift photos are known for, with a blurred band around a sharp strip so a city or street scene can seem like a model. By our assessment, that one visual trick is the whole appeal, and the app is only as good as the source image it has to work with. The limit is easy to see: if the blur is too heavy or the scene is too busy, the effect starts to look forced instead of clever. In practice it is a simple styling tool, not a serious editor, so it suits quick experiments and social posts more than careful image work. Compared with full photo editors, it stays narrow and fast, which is the point here. It is the sort of app people open for a single effect and close once the picture has been dressed up enough.
