The Gym Group

The Gym Group is the kind of app people reach for when their gym already has the real equipment, and the phone only needs to handle the admin around it. By our assessment, its value is in everyday club tasks: membership management, class or site information, and the small pieces that keep a visit organised. It does not try to replace training advice or a workout tracker, so the ceiling is low in a very normal way. In practice, that means fewer front-desk conversations and more straightforward self-service. The Gym Group is best understood as a companion to a gym chain, not as a broader fitness platform.
