By our assessment, the likely strength is coordination: one place for courses, materials, and administration instead of a pile of separate tools. The honest limit is that platform software tends to be only as good as the setup around it, so the everyday experience depends on how much content and structure the institution has put in. In practice that often means logins, menus, and a lot of moving parts before a learner gets to anything useful. It sits in the same world as other learning-management systems, more backbone than lesson, with the usual burden of getting everyone to use it properly.
