Tanpura C#

Tanpura C# serves players and singers who need a steady tanpura drone for practice, especially in Indian classical settings. By our assessment, its main value is the long, even background tone that gives raga practice a stable frame without needing a live accompanist. The downside is built into the idea: a drone app does one job and stays there, so it will never feel like a full music app or a flexible sound toy. In practice it asks for little from the user once started, but it also does not offer much beyond keeping the pitch bed in place. Tanpura C# sits in the plain, functional part of music practice tools.
