Sun Seeker - Tracker & Compass is for people who want the sun’s path, azimuth, and compass bearings laid out on a map instead of guessed at. By our assessment, that is its real strength: it turns sun position into something practical for photography, shade planning, and outdoor orientation. The trade-off is that it depends on location data and a bit of attention, so it is not the app for casual use when you do not need that level of detail. In practice it feels more like a precise field tool than a pretty weather screen, with overlays and direction readouts doing the work. Against ordinary compass apps, Sun Seeker is more specialized and more useful when the sun itself matters. The tracker part is the point, and the compass is there to make it readable.
