Styrka - Gym Tracker

Styrka - Gym Tracker is for people who lift, log sets, and want a clean record of training instead of guessing what happened last session. By our assessment, that is its main value: a gym tracker lives or dies on fast entry, readable history, and enough structure to keep workouts from turning into scribbles. The trade-off is obvious for this kind of app — it can be great at numbers and still feel thin if you want coaching, community, or a full training plan. In practice these apps are about repetition: open, note the exercise, weight, reps, done. Compared with broader fitness apps, Styrka - Gym Tracker sounds more focused and less cluttered, which is exactly what some lifters want. It fits people who already know their routine and want cleaner logs than a notebook or a generic health app.
