Stretch Atlas is the sort of fitness app people open when they want a quick library of stretches rather than a whole workout plan. By our assessment, its strength is the atlas idea itself: a visual catalogue is easier to scan than a long text list when a neck, back, or hamstring just needs loosening. The trade-off is that an atlas can stay static; it can show movements, but it does not make a session for you. In practice, that means a few taps, a pose, and a reminder of what the body part is supposed to do. It sits between a plain exercise list and a more structured training app, and the name matches that middle ground closely.
