Steps Tracker: Watch Pedometer is a step-counting app for people who want the wrist-based record to stay simple. By our assessment, its main virtue is plain tracking: it is there to count movement and keep the daily number in view without asking for much ceremony. The trade-off is the usual one for this kind of app, because step counts are only a narrow picture of health and depend on how consistently the watch data is read. In practice, these apps feel like a quiet ledger more than a coach, useful when the goal is just to notice whether the day was active. It sits in the crowded middle of fitness trackers, below the fuller health platforms and above hand-rolled note-taking. Steps Tracker: Watch Pedometer makes the most sense for someone who wants a small, watch-first pedometer and nothing heavier.
