Stao: Stehtisch-Erinnerung

Stao: Stehtisch-Erinnerung is a standing-desk reminder app, the kind that nudges office workers who spend too long planted in one chair. By our assessment, it does one small thing well: it interrupts a seated stretch of time so standing desks actually get used instead of ignored. The downside is that reminders only work if the person is willing to follow them, and a nagging app cannot make an office day ergonomic by itself. In practice this is a background helper with alerts rather than a rich dashboard, so it asks for little but also offers little beyond the nudge. Against general wellness apps it is far narrower; against a timer on the desk it is more specialized but not much more magical. Stao: Stehtisch-Erinnerung stops working the moment the user begins swiping the reminders away without changing anything.
