Simply Guitar - Learn Guitar makes the first stretch of guitar learning less intimidating by breaking songs, chords, and rhythm work into short steps. By our assessment, it is strongest as a guided beginner course with a phone camera, fretboard feedback, and lesson flow that keeps a new player moving. The limit is that a screen cannot correct every hand position, so progress still depends on practice away from the app and on an actual guitar. In use, it feels like a teacher that is always available but only through the parts it can see. Compared with loose video tutorials, it is more structured; compared with a real teacher, it is less complete. Simply Guitar - Learn Guitar is best for a beginner who wants order and routine, not for someone expecting the feel of a full lesson room.
