See Your Budget for YNAB is a companion app for people already using YNAB and wanting a clearer look at their money on the side. By our assessment, its strength is the narrow job it does: it pulls budget information into a simpler view instead of making you wrestle with the full budgeting workflow. The downside is that it is not a budgeting system on its own, so it only makes sense inside the YNAB world. In practice, that means checking numbers, categories, and balances without the heavier editing that lives in the main app. It sits below the full YNAB experience and is for users who want a quicker read rather than another place to manage every detail.
