SWRLY

SWRLY sits in the Photo & Video category, so the sensible reading is that it is another app for working with images or clips rather than a broad social tool. By our assessment, that already tells you the likely shape of it: something focused, probably handy for a narrow workflow, but not a place to expect a huge feature set. The downside is the usual one for small media apps — if you do not need its exact job, there is little reason for it to stay on your phone. In practice, that kind of app lives or dies by how cleanly it handles one task. SWRLY looks like the sort of thing people open for a quick visual job and then close again, which is fine when the job is real and less useful when it is not.
