Radio - Receiver

Radio - Receiver is a simple radio-style app for people who want the feel of a receiver on a phone, not a big media platform. By our assessment, its main appeal is the straightforward idea itself: open it and get a radio-like experience with little ceremony. The limit is just as plain, because this kind of app usually lives on basic listening rather than depth, curation or advanced features. In practice that means a lightweight interface and very little to learn, but also little reason to expect more than the name promises. It sits closer to a novelty or utility radio app than to a full streaming service, and the Astrina catalogue puts it in Entertainment.
