REWE - Supermarkt

REWE - Supermarkt is the supermarket app version of a grocery run: recipes, shopping lists, and offers sit close to the weekly food trip rather than to anything fancy. By our assessment, it is most useful when someone already shops at REWE and wants the list and promo side in one place. The upside is that it keeps the small practical bits together. The limit is that it still depends on a REWE store and on using an app for something many people still do with paper or memory. In use, it feels like a helper for planning rather than a place to browse for pleasure. Compared with a general grocery app, it is narrower and more tied to one chain. It is for regular REWE customers; it is not much use if the chain is not part of the routine.
