Pulse Link: Heart Rate BLE is the sort of app people reach for when they want heart-rate data from a Bluetooth Low Energy device in one place. By our assessment, its value is in the plain utility of that connection: pairing, reading, and passing along a basic health signal. The trade-off is that it is not a full wellness app, so it depends on external hardware and gives you a narrow slice of information. In practice, apps like this tend to be functional first and friendly second, with the real work happening in connection settings and sensor permissions. Pulse Link: Heart Rate BLE sits closer to a technical companion than to a polished consumer dashboard. It suits users who already have BLE hardware and only need the heart-rate link; everyone else will find it too specific.
