Protein Tracker – Protin is a small health app for people who want to log protein intake without dragging in a full calorie diary. By our assessment, its strength is that it stays close to one job and keeps the routine simple enough to repeat. The trade-off is obvious: if someone wants deep nutrition analysis, meal planning, or a broader fitness dashboard, this is not that tool. In practice these apps live or die on quick entry and a clean food list, and that is the kind of thing Protin has to get right every day. It sits below the big all-in-one trackers and above a notes app, which is usually the right place for a single-purpose tracker. It makes most sense for people already watching their protein closely, and less sense for anyone who only needs an occasional reminder.
