Profit & Margin Calculator does one office job cleanly: it helps people work out markup, margin, and selling price without opening a spreadsheet. By our assessment, its strength is speed and clarity for quick commercial arithmetic, especially when the same figures get checked again and again. The downside is equally clear, because it is a calculator, not a full accounting tool, so it will not manage invoices, stock, or tax by itself. In use it should feel plain and immediate, with the user entering a few numbers and getting the result back fast. It belongs with pocket math tools and pricing aids rather than with bookkeeping software.
