Police Lights: Led Strobe is a novelty app for fake flashing lights, the kind people open for pranks, costume play, or a bit of attention-grabbing sound and colour. By our assessment, its main strength is instant effect: you tap it and it does the one thing it promises without much learning. The trade-off is that it is narrowly useful, because once the joke or effect is over there is little else to do. In practice that means a lot of bright flashing and not much staying power. It sits in the same loose space as other gag or simulation apps, not as a proper safety tool or a serious control panel.
