PhysiApp is aimed at rehabilitation work, where the point is not entertainment but sticking to a set of exercises and instructions between appointments. By our assessment, that focus on home exercise plans is its real strength: it gives physio practices a way to hand over routines and keep them visible on a phone. The downside is the same narrowness; if someone wants a broad health app, this is not that, and it depends heavily on the therapist or clinic setting it up well. In practice, this kind of app feels more like a treatment notebook than a wellness gadget. PhysiApp belongs with clinical exercise tools, not with general fitness trackers.
