Permis C - tests et fiches is built for drivers who are studying for the French heavy-vehicle licence, with revision sheets and test practice in one place. By our assessment, the app’s strength is practical drilling: it turns a dense exam topic into something that can be reviewed in small chunks on a phone. The limit is plain enough, because it is a study tool and not a substitute for formal instruction or real-road training. In use, that means reading, repeating, and checking yourself rather than being entertained. Permis C - tests et fiches sits in the education category exactly where such exam-prep apps belong, and it is most useful when the goal is steady revision rather than broad learning.
