Perfect Video Pro

Perfect Video Pro is aimed at people who want a serious mobile video editor without moving to a desktop timeline. By our assessment, that is its strongest point: it promises proper editing tools in a phone-sized package, which is more than many lightweight clip trimmers attempt. The practical upside of that kind of app is control, but the price is effort, because anything called Pro tends to ask for patience with layers, trims, and settings rather than one-tap polish. It is not a casual filters-only toy, and it does not try to be one. In the Photo & Video field it sits closer to full editing than to quick sharing, so it makes most sense for users who actually want to cut, arrange, and refine clips on mobile. Perfect Video Pro is most convincing when the job is editing rather than merely posting.
