PartyPay is a food-and-drink payment app for groups that split tabs, track who owes what and settle the bill without turning the table into a calculator. By our assessment, its best trick is reducing the awkward part of shared meals: it makes the math and the reminders much less messy. The trade-off is that everyone has to use the same system, so it works best when the whole group is on board and the venue actually accepts that flow. In practice it feels like a small coordination tool rather than a consumer app you open for fun. Compared with ordinary cash, card sharing or a plain expense-splitting note, it is more structured and more social. It is at its best when the bill is mixed and nobody wants to do the arithmetic aloud.
