PaceME: Pacing & Energi helps people manage pacing, rest and activity when fatigue is the problem, so it sits close to the sort of support people with long-term exhaustion or post-viral symptoms actually look for. By our assessment, it is strongest as a simple self-management aid: the name and the category both point to pacing, not to therapy talk or general wellness fluff. That also keeps the scope narrow. It is not a full medical tool, and it will not replace a clinician or a proper care plan; it is more about reminders, tracking and keeping exertion from running away. In practice that usually means a steady, slightly repetitive app rather than a flashy one. It sits more in the practical corner of health tracking than in the big mental-health or fitness apps, and that is the right place for it. The limit is that pacing only works when the user already knows the method and is willing to keep up the habit.
