Oil Shine Pro - paint effect tries to turn photos into something that looks brushed, streaked, and oily rather than cleanly filtered. By our assessment, its appeal is the same as many style apps: it gives a very specific look fast, with little technical effort. That specificity is also the limit, because a paint effect can only go so far before every picture starts to feel similar. In practice it is the kind of app people open for quick experiments, not for careful editing or realistic enhancement. Against broader photo editors it is much less versatile, but it is also less fussy. The name tells the whole story, and the app mostly keeps to that one story.
