Nomo Widgets

Nomo Widgets is about the small, decorative pieces people put on an iPhone home screen: clocks, calendars, counters, and other widget-style displays. By our assessment, its appeal is in presentation, not heavy function, so it suits people who like to customize the look of their phone without building a whole theme from scratch. The honest limit is that widgets are still widgets: they do little on their own and depend on the operating system’s rules, which can make them feel more cosmetic than essential. In practice, this sort of app is fiddly in a gentle way, with more time spent choosing layouts and colors than doing anything dramatic. Nomo Widgets sits in the middle of the crowded widget-and-home-screen customization crowd, where style matters more than complexity. It is not trying to replace a productivity app, just to make the screen look more deliberate.
