NDTimer - Long Exposure is a camera helper for people trying to hold the shutter open without juggling a stopwatch and the phone at once. By our assessment, its value is in making long exposure timing straightforward, especially for night scenes or blur experiments where a normal camera app leaves you doing the counting yourself. The trade-off is that it is a single-purpose tool, so it will not replace a full shooting app or give you editing tricks. In practice that usually means a focused screen, a timer, and very little else, which is exactly the point. It sits closer to a specialist utility than a general photo app, and that narrowness is what makes it useful. People who want long-exposure control without clutter will get more from it than casual snapshooters, and the name says the job plainly enough.
