Carrier account apps have a specific role, and My UQ mobile is the utilities-side companion for UQ mobile customers. By our assessment, bringing service details into an account app is more focused than a general phone-settings tool, but it is relevant only to that carrier’s customers. Its place is alongside the UQ mobile service, not as a general-purpose utility.
