Modern Essentials Plus

Modern Essentials Plus is one of those health and fitness apps that sounds broad but, by its name, suggests a basic routine or guidance layer rather than a full training system. By our assessment, that makes it a fairly ordinary fit for people who want a simple wellness tool and do not need a lot of moving parts. Its strength, if it has one, is the plainness of the promise; the limit is that there is no obvious sign of a distinctive method or specialised feature in the title alone. In practice, apps in this lane tend to live or die on how little friction they add, and this one gives very little away. It sits below the more focused workout or coaching apps, and above nothing if all you want is a clear niche. Modern Essentials Plus looks modest, and the rating matches that modesty.
