ModWheels

What ModWheels brings to mind is modulation-wheel control, a familiar way to vary a synthesizer sound while playing. The name alone does not establish whether this app is a controller, an instrument, or another kind of music utility, so its actual range is hard to judge. By our assessment, the musical idea is plausible, but the practical value depends on what the app controls and how it connects to a setup. If it does provide wheel-style control, that movement still needs to be assigned to a sound parameter.
